It is with great excitement that ISA will be getting back together again in Nashville this spring for our annual convention. Throughout this challenging time, we have been gratified to receive the strong support for ISA from our members. As part of ISA’s “re-opening,” we have already hosted several successful Fall conferences – ISA-West, ISA-South, ISA-Northeast (virtual), ISSS, and ISA-Midwest (upcoming next week). Congratulations and thanks to hundreds of members who have gotten together to collaborate and present research. And thanks, as well, to all those who have helped organize this re-opening events.
As with all our events, and looking toward Nashville, ISA is working to ensure that everyone can be healthy and safe at the convention. And we are confident we can do so based on a great working relationship with the hotel, our other contractors and our members.
For those of you still deciding about Nashville travel, as of November 2021, the United States has lifted many of the travel restrictions and is welcoming international visitors once again. See https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/international-travel/index.html for further information and as always, feel free to contact ISA HQ with questions or concerns.
As you will note, starting on November 8, foreign national air travelers to the United States will be required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding an airplane to fly to the United States, with only limited exceptions. We hope this new regimen will make it possible for you to join us in Nashville.
ISA2022 Nashville has a great theme “A Wider Discipline For A Smaller World” and the 2022 Program Chairs, Ursula Daxecker and Cullen Hendrix, have been working diligently to put together a great slate of sessions.
We hope to see you all in Nashville March 28th - April 2nd, 2022!
