Participation Information for ISA South St. Augustine 2022

Welcome to the ISA-South 2022 Participation Hub!

From here, there are a number of things you can do. Click on the lines below to expand for additional details and/or tutorials. You will need to be logged into your ISAnet account.

The ISA-South 2022 Conference will take place in St. Augustine, Florida, USA and all panels are listed in UTC/GMT-5/US Eastern Daylight Time.

Below is a listing of all program items you have been placed on. Any proposal you submitted that you do not see below has not been accepted to ISA-South 2022. (Unaccepted proposals remain on the waitlist and should a vacancy appear, the Program Team will contact you by email - though you may choose to remove any waitlisted items from consideration at any time.)

General Information
The listings below include the placement title (item's title), your role on that item, the type of item it is (paper, panel, roundtable, etc.) and the start and end time (and date) of the session.

Participation Status
In the final column, you'll see your Participating Status - Accept or Withdraw. Prior to the pre-registration deadline, you can make these changes directly via your Participation Hub. After the pre-registration deadline passes, should you need to make a change to your participation listing, please contact the ISA-South 2022 Program Chair.

"Open Details"
Use the blue "Open Details" button to get more information on your item, including other participants on the item (and their acceptance status), the title and abstract, and other details. You can also use the "Start Discussion" button in the lower right hand corner to initiate an email to your colleagues. If you're looking at a paper, the "Start Discussion" from the first screen will only send an email to all co-authors but you'll be able to access the full panel details by clicking the "Panel/Session Details" button in the upper right. If you're already accessing your placement information at the panel/session level (say you are looking at a chair or discussant placement), the "Start Discussion" will send an email to all panel/session participants.

*If you are a non-attending co-author (you won't be presenting or attending the conference but one of your fellow authors on your paper will register and present on your behalf), let the Program Chair know so they can ensure your name remains on the program (and that we don't send you registration reminders!).

At the top of your participation listing, you'll either see an orange bar indicating that you have not completed your registration payment, or a blue bar confirming that you have. You can also verify this by checking out your registration record at https://www.isanet.org/Conferences/South-St-Augustine-2022/Registration.

For each role that you have been placed on, you can accept or reject your placement directly in your Participation Hub. Please be sure to accept or decline each of your roles by the pre-registration deadline of September 1st, in order to signal to the Program Chairs and your fellow panelists that you will be participating.
