ISA Northeast 2022, Hotel and Travel

 

ISA-Northeast Conference attendees are invited to stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. A block of rooms has been reserved for November 3, 2022 - November 6, 2022. The group rate will be available until October 13th, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Please note: group rates are available over the official conference dates until sold out or until the cutoff date. If you select dates before or after official dates, you may get an error message asking you to contact the hotel to determine if hotel can offer group rate over the additional days.

The above rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, fees and assessments which are currently 17.5% per room, per night, and is subject to change without notice.
 
We have negotiated a rate for all conference participants and all attending the conference should be able to avail themselves of this rate. Space is limited and so it is strongly recommended that you make your reservations early.

We will be funding a number of travel and virtual facilitation grants this year. Priority will be for graduate students and untenured or contingent faculty. Need a Visa?

You can find out if you need a visa to visit the United States, as well as details on the expected time and process, using U.S Department State - Bureau of Consular Affairs website.

Check your Country

If you require a letter of invitation to support a visa application, please be sure to provide sufficient lead time for the processing of the letter. The organizers request that these participants register early. A letter of invitation will be sent from the conference organizers upon providing a receipt of the paid conference registration fee and placement on the program.
