ISA2023 Theme - Real Struggles, High Stakes: Cooperation, Contention, and Creativity

The 2023 conference aims to address this high-stakes moment and our responses to it. We see great value in exploring how this time is framed and understood among the different sections, regions, and caucuses in ISA; within distinct theoretical, epistemological, and ontological traditions; and among practitioners and scholars.

It has come to our attention that several ISA members have received emails from entities offering to provide lists of attendees for the ISA 2023 Annual Convention and purporting to have some affiliation with ISA. These entities are not in any way affiliated with ISA nor do they have access to the attendee list for the Convention.

Please do not click on any links included in these emails or provide any information, including payment information, to individuals offering these services. Please also rest assured that ISA has not provided any registrant information to any third parties.

The ISA2023 Exhibit Hall

The ISA Annual Convention exhibit hall is an attendee favorite every year.The ISA2023 exhibit hall will be conveniently located near registration/badge pick-up on the convention level of Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal! Spanning over 20,000 square feet, the ISA2023 exhibit hall will feature organizations providing products and services of professional interest to ISA members. Our Annual Convention welcomes 6,500+ registrants each year that are eager to meet with your organization.

Each Exhibit Booth Purchase includes:

► One (1) 10ft x 10ft booth with an 8ft high background drape and 3ft high side drapes
► One (1) 8ft skirted table and one wastebasket
► One (1) organization identification sign
► Two (2) plastic side chairs
► Three (3) Exhibitor personnel Convention registrations. Please note: If any exhibitor booth personnel are also paper presenters; they must purchase full Convention registrations.
► Organization listing on the Annual Convention website
► 10% discount on ISA2023 advertising (does not include year-round advertising options)
► Security service during official exhibit hall hours

Early Bird Rate

May 1 - June 30, 2022
1st Booth - $1,600
Each Additional Booth - $1,520 (per booth)
*Early Bird rates will only apply if registration and payment are received by June 30, 2022. Any invoices not paid by June 30, 2022 will be re-issued with regular exhibitor rates.

Regular Rate

July 1 - December 1, 2022
1st Booth - $1,800
Each Additional Booth - $1,710 (per booth)

Late Registration Rate

After December 1, 2022
1st Booth - $1,900
Each Additional Booth - $1,805 (per booth)

Booth Share - $950 per organization

Shared booth rate is per organization for each 10ft x 10ft booth shared. ISA does not assign shared booth spaces. Organizations should apply for shared booth space only if they have already made arrangements with another organization to share space. Each organization is required to submit an application to exhibit and is responsible for paying their portion of the booth share (Early Bird rates do not apply to shared booth space).

Additional Booth Personnel Registration - $175

Each exhibit booth space reserved will include three (3) Exhibit Booth Personnel Registrations (not to be used by paper presenters). Organizations can purchase additional Personnel Registrations if needed.
